Virtual Office Agreement Form

1. A completed Virtual Office Agreement Form is required before service can commence, including address and telephone contact details.


2. There is a minimum contract period of 3 months for telephone answering services.


3. One calendar month’s notice, in writing, is required to cease the service.


4. All invoices will be sent to the address on the Agreement Form unless otherwise notified in writing.


5. The fees for these services will be paid monthly by standing order, in advance, on the first day of every month.


6. If payment is not received promptly all services will automatically be terminated.


7. Any charges for post that is forwarded to another address will be charged for at the standard Royal Mail or courier rate plus 15% and will be logged.


8. Post will only be released to the persons nominated on the agreement form.


9. The telephone number allocated remains the property of Portal Business Centres Limited.


10. A copy of your latest photo ID, plus a recent utility bill is required on setup to comply with money laundering regulations.
    

We are required to draw to your attention that due to legal requirements these details may have to be sent to the local police station for registering, but subject to the Data Protection Act, under an old 1922 by-law.
